What a disappointment.
The check-in process was easy and it seemed like a decent place to stay at until we encountered problems later.
We had a early check-in which went smoothly whereafter we left our bags and then left for a wedding. Upon our return, the parking area was flooded with youngsters busy drinking and partying which immediately made us feel uncomfortable. My husband informed the host that we have a long drive the next day and need some silence whereafter he turned the speaker down for a short period (yes, they even had super loud music!). Just when we thought it was sorted, the music started again. To top it off, because the youngsters consumed alcohol, there was bottles and loud talking everywhere. My husband went for a second time and told the host that if this is not sorted we wont be able to sleep there because how can we sleep with such noise. The host then begged us not to leave and told us that he will sort it out. No luck. A third attempt was made to approach the host whereby he just replied that they will leave soon. This was already past 8 in the evening and we were exhausted. The talking just became louder and louder - Oh, and did I mention that this all was taking place right outside our room! I truly did not believe the audacity the place had to host a party while we (as paying guests) had to sleep there. After asking for the third time, we simply couldn't take it anymore and had to forcefully find another place to stay (that time of the night!). Please don't waste your time with this place. They have no respect for guests.

Booking cancelled on arrival due to dissatisfaction of the room allocated to me as a guest and that
Booking was cancelled on arrival due to dissatisfaction of the room allocated without private bathroom which was part of the booking specification
Same as above as well as the attitude of the receptionist. Will never try any online booking and will prefer walk ins

I will never recommend that guest house to anyone because of her rudeness.
The property was ok and it felt like home at the first few days till we encounter the problem at the last day.
It was value for money.
I had a challenge about the gate remote,i did understand that they don’t give the remote for the gate, the room had no extra pillows,no bathroom mats,we had to email for the wifi password on top of that the wifi connection was very poor. We had to wait for four hours at the gate because the rude person who was supposed to open the gate was now where to be found, not even answering the calls or emails. When she came back she didn’t even apologise ti us instead she was so mean ti us.
She was so ride to us she even said she can refund us at the late hour knowing that we won’t be able to get the guest house by that hour.
