Great location. Friendly welcome. Clean room with wall mounted fire, small fridge freezer, kettle and widescreen tv.
Good breakfast (eggs need work lol).
Mirror in room in awkward place to use.
Lights in bathroom a little dim..

Staff amazing, helpful and welcoming. Nice size room.
The bed was so uncomfortable and rickety.

Location is close to train station and beach, Not far from tram stops. Room was clean with en suite shower room, bed was comfy and there was a fridge and kettle in the room. Staff were friendly.
Shower was not the best that I have come across but we were at the top of the house. The room was lovely but the curtains let it down, they did cover the windows but did not complement them but this is just something that could be better to take the room to another level of loveliness.

The location of the hotel was great, close to shops restaurants and bars. Parking on the same road. Beds were comfortable and rooms were fine for the price.
We had booked 3 rooms, arrived around 5pm, none of the rooms had hot water so we couldn’t have a shower. Raised this with the staff who said it takes time. We managed to get one shower working so all had to use that which wasn’t ideal.
