⚠️ WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE — PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT ⚠️
This was honestly one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life. I have never experienced anything like this before, and I would strongly advise everyone to think twice before booking this apartment.
I booked this apartment for one night, and from the very beginning, there were serious issues and misleading information.
First, the listing stated that parking was free, but when we arrived, there was NO free parking available outside. This was extremely frustrating because we had made our plans based on the information provided.
Second, we were told that check-in would be at 4:00 PM. However, even when we arrived around 5:30 PM, the cleaner was still cleaning the apartment. How can you advertise a 4 PM check-in when the property isn’t even ready at 5:30 PM?
Then things became completely unacceptable.
When we arrived, we were initially told that the apartment had leaked and needed some time. We patiently waited because we understood that unexpected problems can happen.
After waiting, we were told that we could go inside the apartment, but apparently we couldn’t actually check in. The owner had given us a PIN code and explicitly told us that we could enter.
So we followed the instructions we were given and went inside.
Then, shortly afterwards, a woman and two men came into the apartment and physically pushed us out, telling us that we could not stay there.
I was completely shocked. We had a confirmed booking, had been given access instructions and a PIN code, and yet we were suddenly treated like we had no right to be there.
When I asked for a refund, considering that we were not allowed to stay in the accommodation we had paid for, I was told:
“We are not giving you any refund. Do whatever you want.”
That response was absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable.

Wasn’t going to put on review, but agency kept saying hot tub was taking off booking.com( it hasn’t)

Problem with hot water, agency came out but only had hot water in 2 not very powerful showers, hot tub was advertised, but not usable as deflated and filthy, was told it wasn’t being advertised but I checked and still being advertised for weeks after we left, plaster and wood shavings on one bed, took mattress off to brush off, and base of bed was full of sawdust, so put mattress in another bedroom
