It’s on Hampstead High Street and 2 mins from the London Underground.
It’s above a pub and so don’t expect it to be quiet until after closing time.
The unloading of beer barrels below the bedroom window at 7am was also very noisy.

It was nice and clean and tidy, rather comfortable and the staff were excellent, and so was Tony, the owner/direct contact.
No complaints

It was central. The rooms were clean and functional and exactly what you would want in a hotel room
There wasn’t really anything not to like. Just a comment. The room wasn’t very big which wasn’t a problem but the four poster bed was a bit excessive for a room that size. And the kettle was very tall. So much so you couldn’t get it under the tap easily to put water in it. These are not major criticisms

A good location
The name "Kings Boutique Hotel" is somewhat misleading because it's not really a hotel, just rooms above a pub. They didn't serve breakfast, so I had to go to a nearby cafe.
