The location of this property is very ideal as it is close to the city centre. At the corner of the roads it is quiet, The inside of the property has been decorated well to high standards and it is kept clean and tidy with a very big kitchen all mod/cons, a table for breakfast a living room to relax and watch TV or read.
The flooring of first floor creek so bad that if you have the ground floor room it is disturbing and can give one a sleepless night if occupants are active. The top floor rooms are nice and quiet
The front of the property could do with a Brooks Corner House illuminated board as it was difficukt to locate at night in the dark. A number 19 sign would be a valuable addition too

It’s neat and smoke free smell
The reception as the code given to me wasn’t opening the key lock and the number on the site wasn’t reachable. So I had to sit out for hours before a member of staff coincidentally came around and then opened the door for me

Very clean and spacious rooms, with a lovely kitchen and living room. The host communicated quickly and was very accommodating, even allowing us to stay a few extra hours at no additional cost. On-street parking was also convenient.
There was no Wi-Fi, which would have been a useful addition.

Location was approximately 10 to 15 mins from town centre at embankment.
Squeaky floor in bedroom, no garden furniture or undercover outdoor area for the early Morning coffee.
