It was beautifully decorated with all the needed facilities and a wonderful terrace and view. The beds were comfortable and Giacomo was a delightful host. Couldn’t have asked for more

you are in a small dark street in the center of Siena. Past the door, you go down 10 steps and you are in the countryside. Amazing garden and view on the city. You dine outside with great views. Another planet! There is a welcome effort on decoration.

Selten waren wir von einer Unterkunft und ihrem Vermieter so angenehm überrascht. Die Wohnung von Giacomo ist eine absolute Perle mitten in der Altstadt von Siena, nur wenige Schritte vom Dom entfernt.
Die Wohnung ist neu fertiggestellt, wunderschön renoviert und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet – eine tolle Mischung aus Vintage-Möbeln und moderner Ausstattung. Küche, Küchengeräte und Betten sind neu, alles war ausgesprochen sauber und gepflegt. Auch bei warmem Septemberwetter blieb die Wohnung angenehm kühl.
Besonders schön ist der eigene Garten mit Blick über die Dächer von Siena – wunderbar für den Abend.
Der Zugang ist beim ersten Mal etwas versteckt, aber Giacomo hat auf uns gewartet und uns persönlich abgeholt. Seine Gastfreundschaft war außergewöhnlich: Er verwöhnte uns sogar mit Fleischragout und Apfelkuchen – so etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt.
Wir waren rundum begeistert und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Eine absolute Empfehlung!

La Terrazza del Conte è stata una bellissima scoperta.
Un luogo che conquista fin dal primo momento, dove l’accoglienza si unisce al fascino di una casa che ha saputo conservare intatta la propria identità. I colori, gli arredi e i dettagli sono scelti con grande gusto e contribuiscono a creare un’atmosfera calda, armoniosa e davvero piacevole.
Il fresco naturale della struttura è stato una piacevole sorpresa e mi ha permesso di lavorare in tranquillità, con concentrazione e armonia. Un luogo ideale anche per lo smart working. Ogni stanza è inoltre dotata di televisione connessa a Internet.
Ma il vero valore aggiunto è lo spazio esterno, semplicemente magico. Un grande ambiente con tavolo e sedie, perfetto per cene e aperitivi, e sotto la loggia due comodissimi divani, ideali per rilassarsi e godersi la quiete del luogo.
E per Birba, il nostro cane, è stato un vero paradiso: lo spazio esterno le ha permesso di stare all’aperto, muoversi liberamente e vivere con noi ogni momento del soggiorno.
A rendere tutto ancora più suggestivo c’è una piccola cappella privata dedicata alla Madonna, un angolo davvero speciale che aggiunge ulteriore fascino a questa splendida proprietà.
La Terrazza del Conte è stata una piacevolissima scoperta: un luogo autentico, curato e ricco di atmosfera, dove ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. Un posto che porteremo con noi e che consigliamo davvero.
