It was cozy and comfy. We had all the amenities required for a short stay.

The location was excellent with good connectivity. The surrounding area had a lot of food and grocery stores and was safe. The concierge was nice and friendly. The room was comfy and offered more than we had expected. We had a lovely trip, thanks to the lovely accommodation.

Terrible listing management. Not recommended.

Everything seems fine when you book. The problems start after you get in contact with the people managing this listing. The apartment is fine. The location is fine. It's located next to a railway so you'll hear trains until late in the evening.

The people (runway empire ltd) managing this apartment have terrible customer service. Be prepared to talk to a lot of callcenter employee's who are not native english speakers. The information in the booking.com description did not match the experience at all. They changed listing requirements and rules during the booking. - Deposit was supposed to be 350 cash according to description in booking.com. They suddenly asked for 500 in chat. And the actual way they work is you have to bank transfer to some international account. - Check-in was from 16:00 - 23:00. The actual way they work was check-in could only be done at 18:00. Later was no possibility. - They asked for ID information for all guests. We delivered screenshots with blacked out sensitive info. They got upset about it and tried to pressure us into sharing more sensitive information. We checked and this exceeded what was required by law in London. - Luggage storage was possible but you have to transfer the deposit first. They threaten with booking cancellation if you don't. - Deposit takes at least 2 weeks to get back to you. You'll have to chase it otherwise they won't make progress. And to top it off, they transferred a lower deposit amount than we transferred. I had to ask for the full amount, they had the nerve to tell me that they received less than I transferred even though I shared my bank statements with the clear transfer amount indicated.

VIP experience in London

Amazing location. Gorgeous interior of the building: lobby, lounge, gym. Comfortable beds. Safe. Has a concierge service. You feel like a VIP right at the entrance. Fantastic, fully equipped and yet empty gym is a great bonus.

Everything was great
