The location is very good, in a lively neighborhood with lots of options to dine out, from breakfast till dinner and bars.
Good to know: Very small apartment, when the sofa is extended, there is no space to sit at the table, only one person fits. Bedroom is the size of the bed +15cm on one side. When you sit on the toilet, your body touches the washing machine.
For the same price, there are other options to consider.
Cleanliness needed improvement, the shelves in the bedroom were dusty
I had to make my own bed!!! This is beyond my understanding, since I made the reservation for 4 persons, it was clear that we will be using the sofa for sleeping. So I had to extend the sofa by myself and make the bed
Bedsheets were smaller than the matress in the bedroom
Quality of bedsheets - one of them was clearly cotton, but the rest were a silky felt like synthetic mix, I did not like them
There was no shower gel, only empties from other guests
Square plates (the big ones) barely fit in the microwave oven, and they cannot rotate fully
