I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against IN Stay BW apartments in Belgrade Waterfront -room 908. We paid for a luxury service but experienced a complete nightmare, followed by unprofessional behavior and financial pressure from their staff member, Ljubica. We arrived late at night, exhausted, only to experience the following handling of our check-in: • We were forced to wait in the hallway late at night while the staff tried and failed to unlock the apartment door. • We waited another 15 minutes while they fetched another key, only to realize the lock itself was completely broken. • We were forced to pack up and move to a temporary replacement apartment in the middle of the night just to have a place to sleep. • Early the next morning, we were pressured and forced to pack up yet again to move back into the original apartment, completely ruining our morning and rest. When we politely reached out to the management and the host in charge, Ljubica, to explain the stress, lost time, and ruined vacation, she completely ignored our complaint. Instead of offering an apology or a partial refund, she became hostile, stated that she "did not trust us," and aggressively pressured us to pay immediately via an external link. Pressuring guests through what she said secure external links after providing substandard service and late-night distress is a severe violation of standard protocols. We request an immediate investigation into this property, and we demand a partial/full refund for the severe distress and loss of vacation time. Sincerely, Mira and Vidosav

Exzellent
