Privacy & shared amenities: the basement holds a separate long-term rental suite with its own entrance; the laundry room is shared between the two units (lockable from both sides, so your 3-bedroom space stays fully private). Please do not use the shared laundry after 11:00 PM.

Cancellation & Security Deposit — Please Note
• Cancellations: If you cancel your reservation, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from any refund you are eligible for under the cancellation policy shown for this property.
• Security deposit: A refundable security deposit of $500 is placed as a pre-authorization hold on your payment card on the day of check-in. The hold is released after check-out and inspection, less any charges for damage or extra cleaning, if applicable.
To ensure an enjoyable stay, we kindly remind you of the following guidelines:

No Drug or Cannabis use, Open Flames, Candles or Fireworks Anywhere on the property (with the exception of the BBQ and fire-table).

No Smoking of cigars, marijuana, chew tobacco and e-cigarettes.

No undeclared guests, parties or events.

Keep noise to a minimum from 10 pm to 8 am.

Please pay attention to garbage recycling.

If there are any damages or missing items, the replacement cost will be deducted from the security deposit or sought after.

Missing Items / Shipping Policy
If you leave something behind after checkout, we are happy to mail it to you. A $30.00 handling fee will be charged plus the actual postage cost. Items will be shipped only after full payment for both the handling fee and postage has been received.

Please check with us for availability of late checkout. The charge for late checkout until 4 pm is half-day accommodation fee.
