About this villa rental
Villa in Drôme provençale composed of 2 bedrooms that can accommodate 4 people maximum and located in a residential and quiet area.
I offer you as an option and in addition:
- the provision from 10 am to 7 pm of a 9m X 4m salt swimming pool open from June 1st to September 31st - max depth 1.60 cm -
the pool has a temperature regulation system: it is heated during cooler periods and cooled during hot weather. Thus, you always benefit from pleasant water.
The pool is maintained every day and is located on the grounds of the house in which I live. My home is adjoining the house that I am renting out.
For the duration of your stay, I undertake to leave the swimming pool, at your complete disposal (from 10 am to 7 pm) which is located in front of my house.
You will be able to see me passing by in my garden for my own activities.
For safety reasons, access to the pool will not be allowed to travelers with children under 6 years old (who cannot swim).
Elle However, it is still equipped with a tarpaulin and an alarm.
- The provision from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. of a jacuzzi which is located in the garden of the house that I rent out.
For your comfort and safety, the equipment has:
Adjustable heating for water at the perfect temperature and 56 adjustable massage nozzles to target each area of your body and offer you a tailor-made relaxation experience.
You will have also:
- the possibility of teleworking (on request),
- the possibility of charging an electric vehicle (at an additional cost).
A 140 cm bed in the smallest bedroom and a 160 x 200 bed (which can be transformed into 2 beds of 80 on request - new bedding) in the largest of the 2 bedrooms
You will have at your disposal a TV in each room and a TV in the main room equipped with an Android box (you will be able to use your NETLIX, AMAZON PRIME codes...).
You will also have a WEBER electric barbecue and an electric plancha.
an air conditioning system is installed on the first floor and another upstairs.
We accept a small pet on request.
