Lamentável
Cobraram a reserva e quando fomos para entrar nao nos foi fornecido codigos. Ligamos diretamente para o alojamento e ninguém atendeu, isto as 21h35 e check in até as 22, nem via telefone nem via email
Apos contactar linha apoio fomos informados que nao tinham reserva, que a propósito foi cobrada. Sem alternativas de alojamento ã 1 da manhã fomos dormir no carro

Desconfortável e enganoso
Boa localização central.
Anúncio enganoso: a acomodação não possui 40m² como citado no anúncio, a área não deve passar de 14m². Devem estar contando com as áreas comuns (escada) e com os outros dois estúdios. Acústica péssima, se ouve tudo inclusive conversas, das outras unidades. Ao chegarmos disseram que podia antecipar o checkin em 1h (o que já é um absurdo o checkin a partir das 16h e checkout até às 11h), que a limpeza estaria pronta, cheguei 10min após o horário que estaria liberado e a funcionária da limpeza ainda estava saindo de lá, porém o chão estava imundo e a superfície dos móveis também estava empoeirada. Com relação ao horário concordamos, porque numa outra acomodação do mesmo grupo me informaram que a diária não era de 24h e sim somente até 19h porque se considerava apenas como um local "para dormir", então já estava ciente deste despautério. A TV não funcionava, o que também não condiz com o informado no anúncio. Entrei em contato mas não tinha como ficar solicitando o tempo todo pois estava ocupada, e fiquei sem a tv. O corredor da escada de acesso está com cheiro forte de tinta. O porta gel de banho estava quebrado. Não havia nenhum nicho ou suporte no banheiro para produtos de banho, as coisas tem que ficar desconfortavelmente no chão. Por fim, a sanita é separada da ducha, ambos espaços são "fechados" por porta de vidro parte jateada, com vão superior e frestas laterais, o que causa desconforto e constrangimento. Para mim e uma amiga foi ruim, imagina para um casal ter que usar a casa de banho dessa forma sem privacidade. Além disso o espaço da sanita é tão apertado que tem de sentar-se de lado, e eu bati a cabeça duas vezes no nicho que tem logo acima e me machuquei pois não há espaço. Custo-benefício surreal de ruim, eu ficaria envergonhada de cobrar este valor por este espaço. Devido as incoerências apresentadas em relação à acomodação reservada, solicito o reembolso das diárias.
