What an absolutely stunning property! It was beautiful throughout and genuinely exceeded our expectations. The pool and hot tub were a fantastic added bonus, and the kids absolutely loved them. They were in there every single day. The only downside was that the kids loved the pool so much, they refused to get out and explore the rest of Wales! 😂 We had a few minor issues during our stay, but Puffin Cottages were brilliant. They were incredibly quick to respond and got everything sorted straight away. They even phoned us while we were travelling down to let us know there had been an issue with the pool, which they had already rectified before we arrived. Their communication and customer service were excellent throughout. Our deposit was also returned very promptly, which was much appreciated. Overall, the property was outstanding, and we made some wonderful family memories. I think we’ll struggle to find another property quite like it! We had such a fantastic time and would absolutely recommend it.
