We didn't even stay one night. Were told we would receive a refund and didn't. Place is a scam.
We booked and arrived at the property expecting accommodations that were clean and ready for occupancy. Upon arrival, we found the property to be generally unclean, with the most immediate concern being the condition of the bedding. The sheets contained visible hair and debris, and the bedding and pillows showed signs of staining and poor housekeeping.
Rather than immediately requesting cancellation, we attempted to work with the host and each a reasonable compromise so that we could at least rest comfortably that evening. We promptly reported the issue, provided photographs, and simply requested clean sheets and pillowcases. Despite being notified early in the evening, the host advised that no staff were available to address the issue that night and was unable to provide clean replacement bedding.
Because the bedding was not usable and the issue could not be resolved, we
were forced to make alternative sleeping arrangements elsewhere that night. The
host acknowledged the problem, apologized, and indicated that replacement
bedding would be prioritized the following day. However, by the next morning,
there was still no assurance that the accommodation would be ready for use. Bedding was dropped off outside the unit around 10:30am and we were asked to bring the bedding in. We were no where near the property at that point and
and we no longer had confidence that the issues would be resolved in a timely
manner.
At that point, we requested cancellation and a full refund. The host's communications acknowledged the cleanliness issue, the inability to correct it on the first night of the stay, and the availability of cancellation and refund options. Given that the property was not provided in an acceptable condition upon arrival and could not be made usable when needed, we believe a full refund is warranted.
We really tried to give this place a chance, but the reviews were 100% right. There is no price point that I would consider booking with this place ever again. I hope that I can upload pictures of the bedding and the conversations from the booking messenger.

The property was nice and clean but the spiders and train were outrageous.
