A nightmare stay. Avoid this apartment and renters.pl
I have never experienced such a poorly managed apartment or such unacceptable customer service.
We arrived late at night after a long journey with our children. We had specifically requested clear and accurate instructions and were assured that the instructions would be very precise. When we arrived, the key lockbox was not where they had told us it would be. It took us more than 30 minutes to find it because it was located far from the stated location.
The key came with an electronic fob that was supposed to open both the gate to the residential complex and the entrance to the building. The fob did not work. The telephone support was provided by an external company whose staff knew nothing about the apartment and could not help us. They even disconnected our calls twice because they were unable to solve the problem.
After more than 90 minutes outside in the cold at night, a neighbour happened to arrive and opened the gates for us. From that moment, we could not all leave the apartment together because we had no way of getting back into the building. Someone always had to remain inside.
For four days, the staff insisted that the fob worked and blamed us for supposedly using it incorrectly. We repeatedly explained that the neighbours were entering with a code, but they refused to give us the code because we were not residents. Three times they promised to send someone to repair or replace the fob, but nobody ever came.
Only on our final day did they finally admit that we had been right and provide a code. Even then, they gave us only the code for the outer gate and not for the entrance to the building. Their behaviour throughout the stay was dismissive, frustrating and completely unacceptable.
The apartment itself was also poorly maintained. There were what appeared to be blood stains on the floor of the main bedroom. The living room balcony was dirty.
