Location, accessibility, cleanliness of the room and friendly staff.
Some drainage problem in the shower and screws for magnifying mirror and towel holders were already coming off. Easy fix and hopefully well maintained until we return next year.

The suite room was good in size
The suite room could be better if it had a microwave in the room, and the electrical outlet for the kettle was hidden behind the fridge, was not able to use the kettle as guests are not able to access the outlet.
