Tolle Lage in Manhattan

Die Lage ist perfekt, um Manhattan zu Fuß zu erkunden. Wenn man gerne läuft sind Central Park, Times Square, und die Piers alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Viele Möglichkeiten um Lebensmittel einzukaufen, Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. U- Bahn in der Nähe, Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Bequemes Bett im Schlafzimmer, gute Ausziehcouch im Wohnzimmer. Küche ist gut ausgestattet! Kontakt mit dem Vermieter nett und unkompliziert.

Im Bad müsste etwas renoviert werden. Aber es hat alles funktioniert!

Un'ottima soluzione a pochi passi da Times Square

A 10 min a piedi da Times Square , quartiere Hell's Kitchen , l'appartamento si trova al quarto piano in uno degli edifici storici tipici della zona ed è completo di tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno.

Une annonce mensongère, des photos et une adresse non conformes, un service indécent et malhonnête.

2 jeux de clés nous ont été laissés. L'appartement est à 15 minutes du métro.

L'adresse du logement est restée incomplète jusqu'à la veille de notre arrivée, malgré nos demandes d'éclaircissement, et 24 heures avant notre arrivée, nous avons reçu un appel téléphonique nous indiquant que le logement réservé n'était pas disponible. On nous a donc imposé une autre adresse plus loin du métro et de Times square. Pourtant, les photos du salon correspondaient à l'appartement que nous avions réservé mais pas la photo de la chambre (peut-être modifiée avec une IA). À notre arrivée, la personne chargée de la remise des clés n'est pas restée avec nous plus de 2 minutes, car elle savait très bien qu'il y avait de nombreux problèmes : le lit du salon était cassé, le sèche-linge ne fermait pas et était inutilisable, des cafards étaient visibles dans la salle de bain, toutes les chaises étaient brisées et cachées dans un placard, la douche fuyait abondamment ... Nous avons tout de suite contacté la personne qui nous avait reçus et elle nous a seulement donné les coordonnées du "Management", qui ne nous a pas répondu du week-end. Au bout de quatre jours un employé est venu, en notre absence, pour porter 4 chaises et il a coupé l'arrivée d'eau de la douche, sans nous prévenir: il n'était plus possible de se doucher. Nous avons été contraints de réserver en urgence un hôtel pour la fin de notre séjour et le propriétaire a refusé de nous rembourser. Nous avons porté plainte auprès de Booking, qui nous a donné raison.
