Serdika best

Very nice flat with two spacious bedrooms. Lot of storage space. Access to the flat is a bit adventurous via old lift :)) or dark staircase (the house itself need refusbisment deperatelly). Superb location near subway and trams. Host Angelo was very nice and ready to help.

Just recommendation regarding a missing dishwasher - the small oven could be replaced with a small dishwasher instead.

Serious and kind people who truly care about what they offer for rent. Congratulations!

Spotless cleanliness, everything is very clean, and you can find everything you need.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Recently renovated and well located, but with serious practical problems and very poor host response

The apartment looks recently renovated and makes a good first impression. The location is very convenient.

Unfortunately, I encountered several serious problems during my stay. One of the two bedrooms has no window. In the other, some nights there was a loud, persistent noise that sometimes caused the wall to vibrate. It sounded like an improperly installed outdoor air-conditioning unit. Sleeping there was almost impossible, so my son and I had to move to the windowless bedroom. The shower drains very slowly, and water spreads across the bathroom floor as far as the mat by the sink. There are also no hooks for towels or clothes, so clothes have to be left somewhere like the door handle and reached across the wet floor after showering. The wardrobes have very few shelves. Most of the space is for hanging clothes, but there was not a single hanger. I eventually bought hangers myself and left them in the apartment. There was an unpleasant sewage smell almost all the time. The toilet also flushed very poorly — even toilet paper almost never went down on the first flush. When I reported the toilet problem, the hosts immediately dismissed my complaint and told me to prepare my luggage and check out instead of discussing or checking the problem. They also referred to an earlier question I had asked about the hallway lights as though I had previously complained about another fault. In fact, I had only asked how to turn the lights on. I found both the tone and the way this was presented very unpleasant and insulting. I contacted Booking.com. The only solution offered was a refund for the remaining nights if my son and I left within about one hour. I was travelling with a child and no alternative accommodation was provided, so I did not consider this a realistic option.

Апартаментът е много стилно ремонтиран, уютен е, леглата са удобни. Локацията е централна, недалеч от метрото. Имаше нес кафе, сол итн. Има и малък асансьор.

Всичко беше хубаво
