The location is nice and quiet. It’s close to the beach and train stations. The room is a bit small, but the bathroom is spacious enough, and the room as a whole is clean. The view from the rooftop is amazing!
The hotel’s restaurant is also spacious, and the breakfast was good.
The gentlemen at the reception who assisted us were nice and friendly. However, the female receptionist whom I approached to ask about the internet was a little off.
We stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights, but we did not have internet access for 3 days and 2 nights. So, I asked the female receptionist about it on our third day. She explained that their technician was unable to fix the issue. I understand that it wasn’t her fault, and I appreciate her explanation. However, I think a simple apology on behalf of the hotel would have made a difference.
I went back to our room feeling upset because I found the way she spoke to me a little rude. She simply walked away without showing any further concern.
The hotel is quite pricey, so having neither internet access nor a working television made our stay feel not worth the money we paid. Overall, I believe that better customer service and a simple apology could have made a big difference in our experience.
