Shady host, misleading policies, and total lack of communication. Avoid!

Absolutely nothing. The only positive part of this experience was realizing in time how completely unreliable and shady this host is, allowing us to find safe and professional alternative accommodation elsewhere.

Stay away from this property! Booking here was a complete nightmare from start to finish. This property operates with zero transparency, changing rules on the fly and ignoring guests when help is actually needed. Zero Communication: The host completely ignored our messages on their preferred WhatsApp channel for 5 full days before check-in. When they finally replied, they explicitly admitted that "messages get lost due to the number of guests". Shady & Misleading Deposit Demands: Their Booking.com profile stated a £97 damage deposit, but automated messages demanded £100 via direct bank transfer. When confronted, the host arbitrarily claimed to waive it due to my "positive Booking history"—only to later deny ever asking for a deposit at all in the official chat. Total Ignorance & Chaos: Even after we repeatedly informed them that we had to book alternative accommodation due to their unresponsiveness, they kept ignoring our messages and sending automated check-in and check-out instructions. As a Genius Level 3 customer, I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place and save themselves the stress and money.

Nice flat short walk from Camden

Great location, comfortable room with all the amenities you need. Shower, toilet, kettle, fridge, microwave, toaster, smart tv all in the room. Clean and comfy and a short walk to camden.

The position of the shelves made it impossible to access the plug sockets near the bed with a charger. Minir thing but quite annoying.

Ideally located and comfy

Ideally located clean and comfortable !

The add said 30square meters but it’s tinnier than that but still does the job !

Great location, misleading photos of actual room and due to security issues not recommended.

Location!

The photos that were sent of the room that I booked were not a mirror image or an accurate representation of the room I actually got. My room was much smaller. I was also very unhappy with the security and safety of the property. I reported to property owners two times that the front lock into the building was loose and not working properly. This led to the door not being properly locked and insecure. Additionally, the second door leading up to the property was also constantly left open, and this is because the lock was sticky and people had a hard time getting their key in. The property owners did not respond to my concerns. Finally the kitchen stove did not work properly and kept switching itself on and off. The location was fantastic and it’s such a shame that with a little more care and love this place could be a terrific place to enjoy London.
