Avoid at all costs
Wouldnt know. We didnt wven get to go in and see the property
We booked and paid for the property for one night a month in advance. When it came to the day of check in we werent told it was unavailable until we were actually stood in the doorway trying to get the keys. We were told to apply for a full refund and yes its only been 36 hours but still waiting for a full refund. No help at all when i tried to call them and was told to whatsapp them only. Very slow in replying. I had even sent numerous messages through booking.com about said property weeks prior and no mention of it being unavailable then, not a single reply prior to checking in. Will not be using again. I jave screenshota of booking confirmation, successful payment and whattsapp conversation so will be seeking further for a full refund if one is not recieved soon. Luckily enough we found somewhere else to stay that turned out better than we could have planned

There is nothing good to say about the accomodation.
The entrance is litterally a garbage dump,
The place is dirty, you are next to a busy street so there is constant noise from cars. The stairs to the apartment are a nightmare and forget communicating with the people that run this accomodation, because they are not interested in helping you.

It is very not worth staying there.
the location
Check-in time was set for 1500. When I approached the apartment, I asked for the entry code. I was told that they had not finished cleaning the apartment and would send me the code when the cleaning was finished. At no point were they willing to commit to when this would happen. In fact, they sent me the code after more than 3 hours.
The entrance to the building where the apartment is located is a construction site. The entrance door is broken (photos
attached). In the apartment booked for 6 people there were 3 spoons and two bowls and no normal cutting knife and no cooking pot.

So BAD. Cancelled the booking and didn't stay one night. Had to book another place. And no refund!
Nothing.
The property host was not responsive and gave false information about the check in time, the state of the property, and was completely rude on the phone.
The property front door was partially blocked by a giant garbage dumpster and the door handle was almost falling off. The place itself, after the cleaner had left smelled of body odor and there were half-empty beer bottles on a window sill in one of the bedrooms.
The fire alarm had been sounding incessantly for hours and no one was handling it. The property owner claimed (later) it was a test but it was going on for hours and no one was trying to fix it. The property owner did not respond to me when I asked when it would be fixed. The situation was not what we were expecting, as far as safety and cleanliness.
I cancelled before even staying a night and had to rebook and pay for a different place last minute. I requested a refund because of all the above, but the property owner has not responded to multiple messages. When I contacted Booking.com they also felt a refund was due, but they claim that the property owner has to agree to it. The property owner has not responded to booking.com either. They took my money for a terrible place that I could not stay at and will not refund me.
When I booked this place it was a new listing with only one good review, it must have been fake. Now I can see that other people have had issues with this property. I would NEVER have booked this place had I seen those other bad reviews.
