Short walk from St Pauls tube and a good location generally. It was quiet and just what I needed for the trip I was taking. Staff were polite and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent stay.

La ubicación, la facilidad para realizar el check in online y las habitaciones.

Friendly welcoming staff, despite the room being small it was was still comfy and inviting. The smart settings next to the bed were great and easy to work/understand.
The main doors to reception being closed AM as this was confusing - no signage to say guests needed to go through other door which I initially thought was simply staff access.

Easy access to underground and hospital, both within easy walking distance. St Paul’s Cathedral and the centre again within easy flat walking distance
The hot breakfast was cold both days and no choice of eggs.
Evening meal choices lacked in choice so ate out.
The bed, even though extremely comfortable was awkward to get in and out of due to it being against a wall.
