Great with a dark cloud at the end

Location

Stupid asking me within a week of arriving to pay for a key to the apartment. It’s was only a small amount but when I booked it said inclusive of all extras .so to be asked to pay for a key was unprofessional and an oversight that the owners should have covered. Hey presto on my last day the demand for the key cost was present to check out. Terrible way to end a great stay especially when they demanded I cancel an uncancelable stay …..when I’m sat in the airport waiting to fly. Poor attitude ,and very unreasonable demand
