Excellent guesthouse near Fiumicino airport. The guesthouse is brand new. Very clean and spacious room. Very quiet road. Coffee machine and tea kettle are available in the room. Only 10 minutes by taxi from Fiumicino airport. The host arranged the pick up and drop off at the airport with with a very reliable taxi company. The host was super helpful and even called me beforehand to clear any doubt. I definitely recommend it and will stay there again.
No elevator. It's a small building, but if you stay at the second floor, like me, and have heavy luggage, it is a bit challenging.
Nobody is present on the premises. I knew it beforehand and wasn't surprised, but it took me some time to understand where my room was.
There is no food at all available on the premises. However, since the property is in Fiumicino town, there's plenty of places around where you can go, but if you arrive late at night, either you bring food with you or you have to wait until the next day. Maybe a vending machine on the premises would be helpful.

Moderna nuova pulita pratica. Guest house senza personale presente, ma quando ho avuto un problema all arrivo, con un semplice wup sono stato contattato e mi hanno guidato efficacemente alla soluzione per il corretto soggiorno.
