Communication was poor. We only received messages via WhatsApp the day before our arrival, despite having requested information earlier. As a result, we were concerned that there might be no host to welcome us, or even no apartment at all.
The photos online did not fully reflect the actual condition of the apartment. There was an insufficient supply of basic bathroom essentials, even though we had been assured that these would be provided. We repeatedly requested an invoice via WhatsApp. A staff member assured us that we would be able to download it from the website after our stay, but this turned out not to be true. Finally, some of the doors leading to the terrace were broken, and overall, we did not feel safe during our stay.
