Very big room, all new and comfortable beds. The guys at the reception do their best. Liked the location, close to town.
They are still finishing the new hotel although they told me upon my booking that works were finished. There was no noise but they should do some cleaning of the entrance and stairhall. Garden looked very sad,all plants had died. No water in outside water basin. Breakfast was in the basement, depressing place. Guess all be be very nice when the new hotel is completely finished. Overall enjoyed my stay as the room was big and new.

Sehr gute Lage in der Nähe der Altstadt und sehr ruhig - besonders danken möchten wir Ahmad, der sich stets um unsere Wünsche gekümmert hat.
Sie entsprach nicht den durch die Hotelbilder gezeigten Erwartungen. Die Zimmer sind zwar groß und hell, aber steril, lieblos und ohne jegliche Atmosphäre eingerichtet.
Auch der Speiseraum wirkte auch eher wie eine kleine Mensa und entspricht nicht einem 4 Sterne Hotel.

Location is so central that you can walk to Chor Minors & the Labi Hovuz, Nodir Devonbegi Madrasah, and can even see Kalan Minaret from a little bit end of the street (3minutes walk towards the medical school).
The staff is very helpful, they will try to go above & beyond to help getting your stay as good.
Yes there's renovations/construction going on but that happens during the day but the swimming pool is open (as oppose to what some other comments mentioned).
The hotel is in two parts, one is slightly older rooms (the main reception building), and the other one (closer to entrance door) is newly built, and we had both rooms, and both were generous size.
Sometimes you'd just notice a slight bad smell from woodworks or cleaning products in the new building.
But doesn't come into your rooms though.

Ze waren aan het verbouwen en dit is niet van te voren vermeld. Kamer in nieuw deel, die was goed, maar ontbijt in oude deel kan echt niet voor een 4 sterren hotel.
Bovendien vergeten overnachtingsverklaring te geven. Ook na 2 keer vragen via mail komt er geen enkele reactie. Teleurstellend.
