Decepcionante
La terraza y el salón. Eran los únicos sitios donde podías estar cómodo.
La casa es muy antigua, antes de ponerlo como lugar de vacaciones primero deberían de hacer reforma. De momento no es recomendable alojarse allí. La alquilé por las características de la casa y ya que aún no había comentarios y era un alojamiento nuevo (decía que estaba muy cerca de la playa andando)
No se por donde empezar... pero todo (la mayoría fatal)
Primero que tienes que desplazarte a buscar las llaves a una empresa que se encarga del alojamiento y te hacen firmar un contrato entregando fianza y que da hasta miedo de si te van a devolver esa fianza o no por todas las pegas que te podrían poner. Que ya que te ponen todo eso... mínimo que entreguen el piso bien limpio.
Luego cerca de playa relativamente si eres joven y te gusta el deporte está muy bien, pero si vas con personas un poco mayores o niños... ni hablar. Tienes que bajar a la playa en coche, si quieres comprar en coche... porque es una cuesta dura para subir hasta la casa. Y la zona es de pago para aparcar.
La casa... el baño daba cosa hasta bañarse podrían cambiar la aseo entero para estar presentable, había cal en los grifos y no había agua caliente en la ducha.
La cocina más de lo mismo... muy antigua y dando gracias teníamos una hornilla para cocinar. El congelador, tenías bajar al garaje ya que no estaba arriba en la cocina. Que por cierto daba cosita poner algo dentro. Estaba sucio
El parking... hay que tomarse paciencia para poder meter el coche dentro, si no pues te toca aparcar fuera en una zona de tierra y piedras pequeñas.
La limpieza en toda la casa dejaba un poco que desear.
En los armarios de las habitaciones habían hormigas y las camas eran incómodas a más no poder, nos levantabamos con dolor de espalda.
Nos encontramos una cucaracha en la cocina...
Y en las condiciones no ponía o no se si leí bien pero piden un precio alto por cada mascota, las aceptan pero a mi parecer muy caro.

Nuestra experiencia en este alojamiento ha sido bastante decepcionante, sobre todo por la falta de limpieza y por varios servicios que no se corresponden con lo anunciado.
La limpieza brillaba por su ausencia. Los enchufes estaban llenos de suciedad, al igual que las esquinas. Los platos, vasos y cubiertos de la cocina estaban tan sucios que daba bastante reparo utilizarlos. Incluso el cepillo para barrer estaba prácticamente inservible, ya que apenas tenía cuatro pelos.
La ducha tenía poquísima presión de agua, hasta el punto de resultar incómodo ducharse. Tampoco hay aire acondicionado y únicamente disponíamos de tres ventiladores, totalmente insuficientes para el calor y el ambiente bochornoso.
Otro punto que creemos importante aclarar es la ubicación. Se anuncia que está a unos 200 metros de la playa y, aunque la distancia pueda ser aproximadamente esa, no se explica la enorme pendiente que hay que subir para regresar al apartamento. Es una cuesta muy pronunciada que, salvo que se tenga una muy buena condición física, hace prácticamente necesario utilizar el coche. Y desplazarse en coche supone después tener que encontrar aparcamiento, algo que tampoco resulta sencillo en la zona.
Hay un parking en el que pudimos aparcar, pero la ubicación del alojamiento nos pareció bastante aislada y alejada del centro de Almuñécar y de las zonas que más nos interesaban.
También se anuncia wifi, pero nuestra experiencia fue que la conexión únicamente estaba disponible en la televisión y no teníamos wifi utilizable en nuestros dispositivos. Para empeorar la situación, dentro del apartamento apenas había cobertura móvil, por lo que al llegar nos encontramos prácticamente sin internet y sin cobertura.
El trato con la anfitriona, eso sí, fue agradable y correcto en todo momento.
Además, el precio nos pareció bastante elevado para las condiciones del apartamento, dado que, como se aprecia en el comentario, hay cosas deficientes y está muy alejado de la zona centro.
