Would definitely stay here again!

Location is perfect for enjoying a game at Petco Park, either in the park or on the party deck. Lots to do at the complex for kids and adults. Beds were especially comfy! Host is very accommodating and friendly!

Missing a few things like garbage cans in kitchen and bathrooms. No lights in the bedrooms for some reason. Also needs some silverware in the kitchen. But we made it work.

4 / 10

Property was not cared for, insufficient essential apartment supplies.

The game room downstairs is great. The couch is wonderful.

Where to begin? When we got through the door there was an overwhelming odor of chemical air deodorizer. It was like being suffocated with a glade stick and drowned in Gain detergent. There were plug-in air deodorizers in each room set to “high.” There was so much stuff on the kitchen counter that we could barely use it- shells, a giant sign, a huge stained beach hat- burnt-out candles, two weird huge ceramic snails perched on each corner, and a giant shell half full of old phone cords and broken shells. The bedrooms have NO LIGHTS!!! There are no lamps to read by, and no ceiling lights. I could not believe it! The night stands in the master bedroom were missing over half of their handles. There was sticky gunk on each of the bathroom faucets. There were stains on all of the carpets and every single towel had brown stains on them- one had a giant hole ripped in it. Every linen had splotches of bleach stains and stunk of Gain laundry detergent. There is a layer of grime on everything in the kitchen. There were plenty of plastic spoons and knives, but only 2 forks. Mystery liquid in one of the kitchen drawers, dirty windows and patio, 3 mugs, a fourth with a broken handle. If you want to eat at the dining room table, good luck, one person will not be able to because there is no room between pillar and table. Refrigerator was stocked with water, beer, and applesauces, pedialite, a snack box of crackers and cheese- but these all seemed to be things that were left by previous guests, not the host. There were several cans of expired food and boxes in the cupboards left by previous guests. Broken house decor all over- and to top it off- the intake vent in the hallway is disgustingly clogged with dust and dirt. The living room rug was very cheap and shed long fibers everywhere just by walking across it. There was actual trash under the beds.
