The location of the house was perfect being just over from the Minster. The communication from the host was excellent and messages were responded to very quickly. The welcome pack was a lovely addition and very much appreciated. The house was very clean with a good range of crockery and cutlery.
The only thing that would have been beneficial would be an information pack detailing what the expectations are when vacating the property. More hand towels in the bathrooms would have been good.

Fantastic location, high quality decor and furnishings, excellent communication, very good value compared to a hotel, parking space was a generous addition.
Having the main bathroom on the first floor was slightly inconvenient. It was a minor thing and not a problem.

The location is perfect, a stones throw from the Minster. Listening to the bells in the morning was lovely.
The presentation was impeccable. The beds were extremely comfortable.
The internet was hit and miss, sometimes works sometimes doesn’t. If the parking was located at the property, I would have scored it 10/10 though.
