Poor service and security.

The Villa was beautiful. Aesthetically pleasing.

Service was poor and did not meet minimal expectations. Saturday On arrival the Villa initially had 2 keys to the Villa to lock the wooden door and bottom front door. We didn't realise this so coming to sundown when locking external doors we found that we couldn't actually secure ourselves inside as all doors had different keys which weren't provided (back door unable to lock and external bedroom doors). We asked for the keys and were told, they were purposefully not provided which we contested and requested them to be delivered that night. 2 hours later they were delivered. Once that was sorted, coming to having a shower, noticed there was red lipstick on the face towel which was rolled up and toe prints on the bath mat. Sunday Requested the pool to be cleaned as there was green slime on the bottom of the pool. Got a response from the host that it was his day off and it was scheduled for Tuesday. (We check out Wednesday morning) Tuesday Was messaged asking if we would like the pool to be cleaned today and if so leave the wooden door open for access. I said yes and requested toilet paper also, as there was only 3 half rolls on arrival. We left for the day shortly after being asked to leave the door open, which seemed okay as the other Villas wooden doors were also opened. 645 I received a text saying the pool cleaner was sick, pool wasnt cleaned and sorry for the inconvenience. When we arrived back to the Villa at about 8pm, we noticed our wooden door was the only one left opened, and somehow someone managed to open our LOCKED front door and a smeared X was marked on the outside of the glass door. Once contacting the host, all he could say was my sincerest apology. This has by far been the poorest quality stay I have ever experienced in Bali which is super disappointing as the Villa itself is stunning. The Villa definitely lacked in security also, as the glass external door was able to be opened.

Amazing!

I had a great stay at Villa Mango! It is well-located, the surroundings are quiet, and Mr. Eka is attentive and super helpful.

Amazing villa and location!

Everything! Great rooms, location, pool. Clean, tidy, new. Has no issues with ants or mosquitoes like other properties. Spacious layout, great for relaxing or socialising. Pool has great access to sun through the day! Eka who looked after us during our stay was amazing and so helpful! Couldn’t recommend this villa any more, our favourite place in Bali so far!
