Close to everything. Lovely flat & comfortable

Love being in a busy area but better soundproofing would be good. The living room shutters good but both bedroom ones didn’t shut out the noise that was around all night

Très mauvaise expérience qui m’a gâché mon humeur et mon séjour ! La pire depuis 13 ans sur booking

On n’a jamais récupéré ni les codes de la porte d’entrée de l’immeuble ni les codes de la porte d’entrée de l’appartement ! Aucune assistance ni suivi de la part de l’hôte . Je n’ai jamais pu le joindre par whatsap pour régler les soucis . Je suis arrivée tard la nuit je n’avais aucun moyen de le joindre ni de rentrer à mon appartement ! Je suis restée dans la rue le soir avec les enfants… heureusement j’ai réussi avec le chat de l’IA du booking qui m’a aidé à avoir le code de l’appartement. Pour la porte de l’immeuble j’ai juste demandé à une personne qui rentrait dans l’immeuble de me laisser rentrer …!! Cette situation a duré plus de 3h dans la rue le soir seule avec mes enfants et avec le souci de la voiture garée loin de l’immeuble … après 3h j’ai enfin réussi à rentrer . Le lendemain j’ai fait la remarque sur le fait qu’il n’y a pas eu de suivi personne du côté de l’appartement ne m’a contacté ni demandé après moi pour vérifier si tout est ok ! Après viennent d’autres soucis : la vaisselle sale, de la saleté sur les murs , le soir trop de bruit jusqu’à 4h 5h du matin on n’arrivait pas à dormir . + le dernier soir il y’a eu un groupe de gens ivres qui ont tapé fort avec les pieds sur la porte et voulaient rentrer mes enfants ont paniqué et ont eu peur moi aussi d’ailleurs !!! + le souci du garage : le lendemain de mon séjour j’ai voulu sortir la voiture du garage j’allais bousiller la voiture à cause de la pente qui était trop dure à gérer ça sentait le brûlé dans la voiture j’ai essayé sagement et heureusement j’ai réussi à la faire sortir par miracle !!! J’ai décidé à ne plus la faire rentrer car c’était trop trop risqué !! À cause de cela j’ai dû prendre un garage payant de 24h qui m’a coûté coté argent énergie fatigue et dérangement !! C’est un point noir aussi dans le séjour car il y’avait aussi les bagages à gérer !!! Et le garage que j’avais trouvé était le seul et était loin !!! Pour tous ces points je demande vraiment remboursement dédommagement .
