Room and house was very clean, the owner was also very friendly and the location is great as it's a short walk to the bus stop which leads into the center.

It was clean
It has been advertised as ensuite, which actually it’s not as the bathroom is outside the room - in the main entrance corridor
You need to leave the room to use the bathroom although it is marked as four bedroom no 1 use only the bathroom doesn’t have a key to make sure that only the Gest in the bedroom no 1 is using it.
The advertisement was borderline misleading.
It’s on the ground floor, close to the house entrance door on one side and on the other is the joint kitchen so it is very loud when people are coming in and spending time in the kitchen.
In addition within the room there is a boxed sewage pipe and every time somebody flushes the water above at night it’s pretty loud. For a light sleeper it’s not the best room.
