Location felt safe and it was a good feeling to have parking space available and included in a secured (metal gate with chip) area, right downstairs, but you should choose a small rental car and agree with host to show you into it, as driving took some extra effort , but all doable and safe :). Super cool area - beach was close, beach promenade, and 1 .5 km nice walk in a promenade - excellent restaurants street right next to fortress, on the shore !
Very poorly equipped kitchen and some problems with gas stove (no lighter - want down to borrow if from concierge ), no coffee maker or electric pot, no cups for tea/coffe , no glasses for vine, no corkscrew . But fridge was ok :)

Location bellissima, nuova e pulitissima.
Nessuna nota negativa, tutto perfetto

The location is great, the beach is in a few minutes walking, metro is within a few minutes as well. The area is nice overall. The apartment looks recently renovated and is in a good shape. There was plenty of space for 5 adults.
There are separate rooms, but the walls are quite thin, so don't expect full privacy. The showers are a bit small.
