This is one of the best suites to stay in Colombo ( closer to town) and is well kept. Very clean, amazing staff, the service is exceptional. If you are a family traveling for leisure or work, please give this a try.
There is nothing to complain, only area of improvement is to clean up the road leading to the apartment as it is narrow. Nothing majorly concerning to be honest.

We had a wonderful stay at Waterpark Suites, Nugegoda. The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. Special thanks to Rukshan, Lahiru, and all the staff for their warm hospitality, friendly service, and excellent support throughout our stay. They made us feel welcome and ensured everything was well taken care of. We truly appreciated their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a comfortable stay. We would definitely love to visit again!

The location, it was just side of the lake and the view from the room was pretty nice
The access road was bit rough and narrow from the main road

The staff are undoubtedly the highlight of this property. Their kindness, helpfulness, and genuine hospitality stood out throughout our stay. They did their best to make us feel welcome and comfortable, and for that, they truly deserve recognition.
Unfortunately, our overall experience at the property was quite disappointing. The website did not mention that the restaurant was under renovation, which was a major concern for us, as having a working restaurant on the property was important. The property is also located quite far from the main road, making it inconvenient to find alternative dining options.
Another issue was the number of mosquitoes around the property. They were not only present outdoors but also inside our room, which made our stay uncomfortable. The surrounding area was equally disappointing, with a significant amount of garbage scattered around the vicinity. Although the property has a lake view that could have been beautiful, the amount of litter outside unfortunately took away from the experience.
Considering all these factors, I would not recommend this property at this time. I believe the management should address these concerns and, most importantly, clearly inform guests about ongoing renovations before they make a booking.
