A small but cozy studio in a good location, only a 5-minute walk from the bus station. Close enough to the center of the city but far enough to be quiet and calm, no standard "tourist city" noise or music. There is enough space for two people, no issues, a small but functional kitchen. Everything was very clean and looked freshly renovated, I'd say in reality it looks even better than the pictures. There is a small folding table/desk that can be used for work on a notebook. Could be a little bigger but manageable. Air conditioner is great! Cools the space fast and it doesn't blow directly on the bed.
Very stable and fast internet connection! It looked like fiber-optic cable to me. Easily up to 100Mbps download/65Mbps upload. Probably one of the best ones I've seen in a rental property.
If you prefer having remote communication and not meeting anyone in person than you'd be happy booking this apartment - everything is done remotely via messages and a lockbox near the entrance. Talking about communication, it's also one of the best experiences we've had. Replies are fast, polite and informative. There's been a problem with a faucet in the shower caused by previous tenants the morning of the day we arrived (I've looked at it - the handle had just been ripped off, not your usual wear and tear) and it's been fixed during the same day. That's an example of great service in my book.
There is a transformer station nearby and it hums quite audibly but it was never a problem when we were inside, even with the windows open it's barely audible, if at all. Yes, the windows are kinda small, but it's still very bright inside while the sun is up. And if you spend too much time indoors while you are in Kotor you are doing something wrong anyway :)
So if you are a solo traveller or a couple I can recommend this studio without any doubts, definitely would visit again!
Two metal armchairs are a bit too squeaky, but that's just nitpicking. No actual complaints about anything here.

The hosts were very nice and helpful whenever something came up or we had questions about the city. The studio was clean and all appliances were working and in good condition. We were very pleased with our stay there :))
The studio has small windows which can make it difficult to let some fresh air inside and since it’s on the ground floor it doesn’t get much light, but if you’re out most of the day anyway, it’s not an issue.

Отличное расположение. 5мин и ты уже у автовокзала, заправки. 7мин и уже у супермаркета, аптеки, кафе. 10мин и уже у старого города, причала. 20мин и у пляжа. Квартира оснащена абсолютно всем необходимым. Такую полную комплектацию редко встретишь даже в дорогих апартаментах. Банные принадлежности, капсулы для стиральной машины и многое другое. Хозяйка позаботилась о том что мы приедем поздно и магазины будут закрыты. Она оставила нам сладости, кофе, сахар, питьевую и минеральную воду, а также в качестве комплимента вино. Нам не пришлось покупать ничего срочного. Минимум для первой ночи был создан. Хозяйка отвечала быстро и помогала всегда по домашним вопросам. Отличная цена. Очень рекомендую. Мы приедем туда ещё. Кстати на фото не заметен стол, но он там есть. Ванная комната очень просторна. Привык у себя к газовой плите и сложно было пользоваться индукционной, но это уже мои предпочтения ))
Жалоб нет ни на что, а если и возникли трудности, то не по вине хозяйки и то решались всегда быстро. Например при заселении инструкция была без фотографий здания или двери, но дело в том что мобильная версия сайта Booking не позволяла послать фото. В этом убедился и я сам, когда нужно было исправить горячую воду. Из-за чего пришлось применить альтернативные методы отправки фото. Т.к. мы прибыли крайне поздно ночью, хозяйка не сразу увидела сообщения. После недолгих поисков, всё же удалось найти дверь апартаментов самостоятельно по локеру и коду, который подошёл к нему. Дом недалеко от трансформаторов, но гул от него никак не доходил до нас и мы спали отлично.
