It’s a wonderful villa and the rooms are spacious, swimming pool is also big and the living space is great too.
The staff were super friendly, useful and always replied promptly to WhatsApp messages, especially Widia so thank you.
The floating breakfast option in the pool was memorable.
The bracelets at the end of our stay were a sweet gift we really appreciate.
We think the property needs better cleaning. For example, we didn’t use the upstairs bath on the terrace or the sofas as they appeared dirty. There were black stains on the upstairs sofas on the terrace. There were quite a few ants around the property, including inside on the main sofa. As well, although this isn’t the management’s fault and we completely understand that, the property was full of mosquitoes which made our stay quite unpleasant as it had not happened in other accommodations in Bali. At night, we kept getting bitten despite using mosquitoes products.
Breakfast could be improved. More options could be given and some dishes and juices were a bit flavourless.
Property organised airport transfer for us but it didn’t arrive to the correct address. We got a Grab instead last minute, which turned out fine but it was risky.
The area is fine, plenty of villas around La Isla but not much else otherwise. You are 20 mins from Bingin beach but the walk isn’t super enjoyable. You need to drive anywhere you go, which we didn’t think. We thought we could walk a bit more, and we were hoping to find more shops and restaurants around us(we thought the villa would be more central/walking distance to main roads).
Finally, we think the villa could benefit from 24/7 on-site service, even just for emergencies, especially considering the fact that the villas are no where near main roads. We felt a little isolated in certain situations, including an electricity blackout which took place in the area on the last night. The blackout isn’t the management’s fault and we completely understand, but we were just given lamps for two hours. Even knowing someone was on-site would have made us feel more at ease. I also have a food allergy, so the thought of possibly having to call an ambulance myself without someone local on-site to help made me feel quite uncomfortable. We asked about staff availability and were told staff need resting so they would only be available until 5pm.

Well designed beautiful property, great pool. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was outstanding with good options. Location good with great restaurants within a 10 min walk. Would love to stay again. Thank you Megan, Widi and La isla team. Recommend to couples and families

Estuvimos mi pareja y yo 4 noches alojados en la villa número 1 y fue espectacular. La mejor estancia de Bali sin duda. La amabilidad y el servicio de los trabajadores fue impecable. La villa estaba muy aseada, estuvimos muy cómodos y nos dieron todas las facilidades para hacer la estancia perfecta. La zona exterior junto con la piscina es preciosa. También hay varias opciones para desayunar y el servicio te lo trae a la villa a la hora que indiques. Todas las opciones estaban riquísimas. Recomendamos 100% este alojamiento. Si volvemos a Bali volveremos aquí sin dudarlo.

조용한 숙소와 개인 풀장 그리고 맛있는 조식까지 모두완벽합니다.
숙소는 호텔보다 넓고, 방과 다이닝룸이 분리되어있어 너무 좋았고, 아침에 지저귀는 새소리가 힐링포인트였어요!
무엇보다 숙소에 들어서면 편안한 허브향이 전체를 감싸는게 진짜 쾌적하고 기분 좋았습니다.
한국인 후기 없어서 예약할지말지 진짜 고민 많았는데,
그 어떤 리조트나 호텔보다 좋았어요.
2박만 한 거 후회합니다..🥲더 오래 있고싶었어요!
덧붙여 샤워기 헤드 분리 가능하고, 정수기도 있어서 정수기물로 양치할 수 있었던 점은 발리밸리 두려워하는 한국인에게 가장 큰 럭키인 점..⭐️
