Location is close to transportation, subway, market etc. staff was friendly.
It is a very noisy area. I woke up at least three or four times every night because of the noise, which does not come only from the street. There was also a very distracting noise coming from the radiator. The bathroom is exceptionally small.

location and price for two bedrooms
a lot of noise from outside; being a first floor with the bedrooms windows pointing to the street

The apartment has a great location, very close to the subway, with plenty of restaurants and everything you need nearby. The area felt safe, and having a kitchen in the apartment was very convenient. The host was also very responsive and helpful.
The main downside is that the apartment is on the first floor, so it can be quite noisy from the street, especially at night. We also noticed a few cockroaches during our stay. There was sometimes a lot of trash left on the street, and we saw some rats outside. However, this is Manhattan, so some level of street noise and urban issues is probably to be expected.

Tenía todo lo necesario , no faltaba nada
El baño demasiado pequeño , una persona grande no puede sentarse en el inodoro ni lavarse en el lavabo
El ruido no te deja dormir de la puerta de entrada
