Horrible.

Nic.

We booked one night on our way to Croatia (18/19 July). We came before 10 pm and left practically immediately. The appartement smelled of cigarette smoke so horribly that nobody would sleep in that. We even gave it a chance, opened the windows for a while, but the smell was still bad (there is a glass barrier in front of the window, so even with a window wide open, there is only a few centimetre space through which the air might flow). We had to look for another accomodation at this hour, tired, with two kids... We found one at last, luckily, paid a lot for it, but staying in that appartement was not an option. I contacted the owner immediately, explained the situation and claimed a full refund. He promised to verify the next morning, but when he did, I was truly disappointed with his reaction. He said nobody else complained, and that there are "no smoking" warning signs in the appartement, and offered 20% discount. I find that ridiculous when the appartement was not suitable to spent the night at all and we had to spent the night in a hotel. Just to add to the smell, with only a few minutes inspection while trying to change the air in the appartement - the toilet was disgusting, the fridge broken and dirty, no kitchen utensils (not even a sharp knife) and the bed really low. When I booked the night, there was no rating or review yet. I am glad that someone gave recently the worst review as well, which proves my point. I absolutely do not reccomend.
