Great space and well equipped house . Nice little plunge pool and balcony .Good location for us as could easily walk to the town and Mojacar old town .Its up a hill on parts so you need to be fit .A car is needed if you want to go to the beach or explore .We had a car and explored the nearby national parks which was fabulous ,lots of hikes and snorkelling
Owner was very helpful with a minor issue and got it sorted within an hour
It could have been cleaner and the room attached to the kitchen needed sweeping and cleaningdown, the sheets and bedding on the main bed were not adequate for the size of bed .luckily there was a cupboard with larger sheets for the double bed
There is parking space outside the house but it’s a steep accent to the property ,but there is ample parking space nearby so not a problem for us
