Très déçue de mon séjour. À mon arrivée, j’ai découvert un appartement dans un état de propreté totalement inacceptable. Le logement était extrêmement sale, les draps semblaient ne pas avoir été changés et les serviettes n’étaient visiblement pas propres non plus. Les conditions d’hygiène étaient tellement mauvaises que je n’ai même pas passé la nuit dans l’appartement. Il était tout simplement impossible d’y séjourner dans de telles conditions. Il est inadmissible de proposer un hébergement sur Booking.com sans s’assurer qu’il soit correctement nettoyé et préparé avant l’arrivée des clients. Le plus décevant est que, malgré ces problèmes évidents de propreté et le fait que je n’aie pas passé la nuit sur place, le propriétaire refuse de me rembourser. Cette situation est incompréhensible et profondément injuste. Je ne peux en aucun cas être tenue responsable du manque de nettoyage du logement avant mon arrivée. Cette expérience a fortement gâché mon séjour et m’a obligée à trouver une autre solution d’hébergement. J’estime qu’un client qui réserve et paie un logement est en droit de bénéficier d’un minimum d’hygiène, de propreté et de respect. Je compte donc demander à Booking.com d’intervenir afin de trouver une solution juste et d’obtenir un remboursement adapté à cette situation. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet appartement en l’état. Je conseille aux futurs voyageurs d’être très prudents avant de réserver ce logement, car les conditions d’hygiène que j’ai constatées étaient inacceptables.

Bonjour l’hôte étant professionnel et très gentil et à l’écoute l’appartement est spacieux et on se sentait chez nous tout était à disposition au niveau des commerces il y a tout ce qu’on voulait et on etait à quelques mètres de la plage à pied je recommande et reviendrai sûrement merci pour tout

Il n’y avait pas beaucoup d’ustensiles pour la cuisine
