The thatched-roof villa "Bi de Kühlung" is located in the Rerik Baltic Sea Vacation Park on the western edge of the Kühlung mountain range, between the Baltic Sea and the Salzhaff.
It’s ideal for a family vacation by the sea, for enjoying water sports (sailing, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, kiteboarding, windsurfing, and scuba diving), for hiking and biking, or simply for relaxing and working undisturbed.
The nearest golf course is about 15 km away. Several UNESCO World Heritage Sites (including Wismar, Stralsund, and Lübeck) are within a 45- to 90-minute drive.

Set on a plot of approximately 1,000 m², the villa is bordered on the street side by a stone wall with plantings typical of the area and by a fence separating it from the neighbor’s property, ensuring ample privacy. Two large terraces (facing south and west), each with an area of 40 m², offer sun all day long and are either covered and equipped with an awning or feature a pergola to provide shade.
Over 400 m² of lawn invites you to relax or play. From the upper bedrooms and the south-facing terrace, you have an unobstructed view of the protected landscape area toward Salzhaff. You can barbecue using a Weber electric grill, which is located in the garden shed. The villa includes an electric vehicle charging station, which can be activated as needed.

Access to the house is electronic via a 5-point secured entry door. In the entryway, you’ll find the staircase leading to the bedrooms and bathrooms, a separate guest restroom, the door to the wellness area, and open access to the living-dining area.
From the living-dining area, a staircase leads to the basement, where a washer-dryer and a second refrigerator are located.
A window in the kitchen area offers a view of the wellness area and the garden to the south of the house. The large windows provide views in all four directions.

The living-dining area is furnished to a high standard, and a large gas-fired fireplace provides warmth and a cozy atmosphere when needed. In addition to a stove, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, and induction cooktop, the kitchen features numerous additional appliances, such as an electric espresso maker, milk frother, waffle iron, and more. The large Weber electric grill is located in the garden shed and can be powered via the outdoor outlets on both terraces. There is an ample supply of dishes and glasses, allowing you to cook together with several friends at the villa

In the wellness area with a swimming pool and sauna, a separate ventilation system ensures a pleasant climate. The pool is equipped with a counter-current system and lighting, and from the sauna, a small window and the glass door offer a view of the garden and the pool area. Access to the garden is via two lift-and-slide doors facing south and west. Four lounge chairs provide a place to relax
For your safety, the swimming pool and its associated equipment are serviced weekly by a specialized company
The lighting throughout the entire first floor is dimmable in stages.

The upper floor features 4 spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an additional storage room with a wall safe.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, allowing the temperature in each room to be adjusted individually. Ionization technology and air filters ensure high air quality
In addition to a wardrobe, the rooms feature a desk with two chairs, nightstands with LED lamps and wireless charging pads, a TV, and a Bluetooth speaker. The two larger bedrooms are furnished with a double bed; the two northern bedrooms each have two single beds that can be pushed together if needed. Master switches allow you to turn off the room lights from the bed.
A crib and a high chair can be provided upon request.

The two large, luxuriously appointed bathrooms are located on the east and west sides. In addition to underfloor heating, a double sink with vanity, a walk-in shower, and a large bathtub, each bathroom features a shower toilet and an electric towel warmer. An illuminated makeup mirror, a hair dryer, soap dispensers, and matching toothbrush holders round out the amenities.
Wi-Fi and internet are available on both floors. Bicycles and surfboards can be stored in the large garden shed.
