This studio apartment is located in a holiday house with four apartments, all of which were designed and built to be fully accessible. Large windows and a terrace door open the space up to the garden. It is ideal for couples who prefer a simple, step-free stay.The 32 m² open-plan space combines living, sleeping and dining areas. A large wooden bed with star-patterned bed linen is the centrepiece, and a shelving unit separates the sleeping area from the rest of the room. You can have breakfast at the small dining table with a view of the greenery, and unwind at the end of the day in the comfortable armchair by the terrace door. The kitchenette is built to be wheelchair accessible and includes a hob, extractor hood, sink and coffee machine. The bathroom is step-free, with a walk-in shower, shower stool and a wheelchair-accessible washbasin. A washing machine is available in the house.The apartment is located in Erbach in the Odenwald. It comes with garden access and a terrace with garden furniture. From there, you can look out over meadows and the gently rolling, wooded hills of the surrounding area.Good to know: The apartment sleeps up to 2 guests. Right next door is a residential facility for people with disabilities, so you may occasionally hear voices and calls from the neighbourhood during the day and sometimes in the evening. A private parking space is located in front of the house. Self check-in is available from 4 pm, and check-out is by 11 am. Smoking is permitted outdoors only, and parties and events are not allowed. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
