Spanning 65 m² on the first floor and spread across two levels, the apartment offers plenty of space for up to four people. With a total of three rooms—including two bedrooms and two bathrooms—it’s ideal for families, couples, or friends traveling together. Children are welcome, and thanks to the convenient location, a car isn’t necessary for your vacation.
The fine-sand beach and the sea are only about 300 m away; restaurants are just 200 m away, shopping is about 500 m away, and the train station is also conveniently close at about 600 m. This perfectly combines relaxation by the water with an easy journey to the destination.

The sofa, armchairs, dining table, and wood-burning stove create a cozy atmosphere in every season. Underfloor heating and central heating further ensure a comfortable living environment.
