About this apartment rental
The heart of the apartment is the open living area, where you’ll be greeted by an impressive painting of a walruswith a pipe in its mouth—which gives the apartment its name—a playful eye-catcher that puts you in a good mood. A cozy leather couch and a TV armchair invite you to relax in front of the wall-mounted TV, while the dining table in the adjacent open kitchen is perfect for shared meals. Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows, plenty of natural light bathes the room in a bright, friendly atmosphere. In the summer of 2026, you’ll still be able to enjoy a full panoramic ocean view from here, as there is currently an undeveloped lot across the street.
The open kitchen is practically equipped with a refrigerator, freezer space, a two-burner stove, an oven, a kettle, and a toaster. The separate bedroom features a comfortable 1.80-meter-wide double bed, its own TV, and a wardrobe that offers plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe. The modern bathroom is equipped with a toilet and a walk-in shower, rounding out the high-quality feel of the apartment.
Free Wi-Fi and a private parking space in a lockable garage are also included where your bicycles will also find a safe place to park. The building also features a coin-operated washer and dryer for shared use. So nothing stands in the way of a relaxing yet active stay on the Baltic Sea at Walrosskoje.
Note: As things stand today, construction is scheduled to begin in the parking lot across the street starting in November. Starting at that time, a construction discount will already be factored into the price. It’s quite possible that the start of construction will be postponed, as has happened in the past.
