About this house rental
The "Seekieker" vacation home offers plenty of space—96 m²—for a relaxing getaway right on the Baltic Sea. Located in the first row from the beach and just about 20 meters from the sea, you’ll enjoy an exceptionally close-to-the-beach location in the Baltic Sea spa town of Zingst. The sandy beach is practically right outside the door; you’ll also enjoy a partial view of the sea and the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation surrounded by nature, the coast, and local life.
The property spans three levels and features a total of four rooms, including three bedrooms and two bathrooms. With room for up to six people, the house is ideal for families, couples, or active vacationers who appreciate comfort, short distances, and high-quality amenities. Children are welcome; a crib and a high chair are provided. Pets are also welcome, so nothing stands in the way of a vacation with the whole family.
The living area has a welcoming design and invites you to relax with a sofa, armchairs, a sofa nook, a dining table, and a wood-burning stove. Underfloor heating, central heating, and privacy screens on all windows ensure a comfortable living environment year-round. For entertainment, there are four TVs, Wi-Fi, internet, a radio, CD and DVD players, DVDs, books, games, and a PlayStation. A separate playroom offers additional space for guests of all ages.
The open-concept kitchen is connected to the living room and is equipped for both practicality and comfort. Here you’ll find, among other things, an oven, a 4-burner stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a coffee and tea maker, a toaster, a kettle, a blender, an egg cooker, as well as kitchen utensils, dishes, silverware, and dish towels. This makes self-catering a breeze.
Both modern bathrooms feature walk-in showers, a toilet, sink, mirror, window, and hair dryer. A special bonus is the private sauna—ideal after a long walk on the beach or an active day in the fresh sea air. The washing machine and dryer are also available for private use. The amenities are rounded out by an iron, ironing board, clothes rack, vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies, smoke detectors, and hot water.
Outside, you’ll find a patio, garden, patio furniture, lounge chairs, a beach umbrella, a beach chair, and an awning—perfect conditions for relaxing outdoors. Two free private parking spaces right next to the accommodation make arrival convenient, though a car is not absolutely necessary while you’re here.
