A farmhouse nestled in the green hills of upper
Monferrato, on the border between Liguria and Piedmont, ten minutes from Ovada, 15 minutes from the picturesque lakes of the valley, and 30–40 minutes from the beautiful Ligurian beaches such as Malpasso. At an elevation of 700 meters, it offers a sweeping, scenic view of the Alps and the Po Valley. It is accessible via a picturesque 2-kilometer private road through the woods, which can be driven on with a standard car without any difficulty.
The house is laid out over two floors. The ground-floor entryway leads to a spacious living room with a corner sofa, TV, fireplace, and dining area.
The living room opens onto the kitchen and a hallway leading to the first bathroom (located on the first floor) and to the staircase that leads to the first floor, where the sleeping area is located, consisting of three bedrooms (one double with a 120x190 single-and-a-half bed, one triple with a king-size bed and a single bed, and one double with a king-size bed).
Outside, a spacious, open garden—equipped with lounge chairs, a hammock, and a table for outdoor lunches or dinners—features a charming wooden clubhouse equipped with a sink, refrigerator, wood-fired oven, and dining table. You can park your cars in front of the farmhouse.
