About this apartment rental
Located in a picturesque hilly area in Ascea, this beautiful property offers a peaceful and secluded retreat, while being just 4 kilometers from the stunning beaches of Cilento.
The house is designed to make you feel right at home, offering bright, well-maintained spaces equipped with all the necessary amenities. The accommodation occupies the first floor of the building, while the owners live on the first floor. However, they are rarely present and ensure guests have complete privacy during their stay. The outdoor areas are also for guests’ exclusive use, as are the parking lot and the entrance, both of which are separate.
The living area is a cozy open space, complete with a comfortable sofa and a table perfect for sharing lunches and dinners with friends. Next to it, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing your favorite meals on your own. The sleeping area is designed to ensure a restful stay and includes a spacious double bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds. The fully equipped and functional bathroom features a comfortable shower and a convenient washing machine, ideal for longer stays.
The real highlight of Villa Baronia is undoubtedly its outdoor space—a true private paradise surrounded by greenery. The property features a balcony from which you can admire the surrounding nature. The large garden invites you to relax completely: inside, you’ll find a delightful small pool, perfect for cooling off during the hottest hours of the day, and a fantastic gazebo furnished with a table and chairs, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners. We’ve also thought of the little ones, who can have fun on a swing designed just for them.
To ensure your family has everything it needs, four-legged friends are also welcome at Villa Baronia and stay for free.
