About this apartment rental
A new "Beachfront" apartment is available for rent in Rimini, just 20 meters from the beach and 50 meters from the Marecchia River, with a large garage in the basement, located in one of the most beautiful areas of Rimini (San Giuliano Mare di Rimini).

This apartment is located in a new building, on the 2nd floor with an elevator, which is also wheelchair-accessible (it is 80 cm wide).
This apartment is an excellent choice for families with children of all ages looking to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation here, or for businesspeople wishing to set up their “headquarters” here as a base from which to travel traveling anywhere in Italy for business.
Both the “train station” and the airport are very close.
This apartment is on two levels.
On the first level: living room with kitchenette and a sofa bed (for two people),a bathroom with a shower stall, and a large balcony where you can enjoy a meal together while looking out at the sea!!
On the second level, there is a large attic room with a large bed (for 2 people) and 3 regular beds (it’s possible to add another bed).
Both levels feature Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
In the basement, there is a large garage (about 25 square meters) for safely parking your car.
This apartment is located in a very interesting spot.
It is only 30 meters from the Mediterranean Sea and about 50 meters from the Marecchia River—right where the sea and the river meet! (Very romantic in the evening...)
In this area, guests will find everything they need for their vacation: all kinds of shops; restaurants, pizzerias; bars; and buses to take them to the historic center of Rimini in just 10 minutes.
There is also a well-organized beach.
From this apartment, it’s easy to get to “Bologna, Venice, Florence… and other cities…”, whether by car, train, or bus.
So, it’s the perfect choice for both a vacation and a business trip to Rimini.
