Nice new clean condo. Couple of suggestions to the owner:- Prepare a binder with rules, check-in, check-out instructions and local area attractions. Always nice to have all the answers in one place.- We suggest you keep the laundry and dishwasher soap in separate locations - we didn't use the washing machine but you wouldn't want a guest to use the wrong soap- We couldn't use the fire pit 2 nights in a row because automatic sprinklers were on. I appreciate you have new sod to care for so I can understand this.Overall, a pleasant stay experience and would recommend this listing to others.
