ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: Unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning (split system in the bedroom and living area), independent heating, and a hair dryer.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests in Italy.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
Perugia Climate Zone E: 13 hours per day from October 22 to April 7
No.B. Completing the registration and paying the tourist tax is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.
The cost and time slots for late check-in are as follows:
